Southern Charm is Bravo’s long-running reality series about a tight, tangled circle of friends in Charleston, South Carolina. Since it premiered in 2014, the show has followed its cast through breakups, business launches, babies, feuds and an endless parade of porch parties, turning a handful of Lowcountry locals into some of reality TV’s most recognizable faces.

Season 12 premieres Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, with episodes streaming on Peacock the next day. The returning group includes Craig Conover, Austen Kroll, Shep Rose, Madison LeCroy, Salley Carson, Venita Aspen, Molly O’Connell, Whitner Slagsvol and Rodrigo Reyes, plus newcomer Allie Newman, with Patricia Altschul, Whitney Sudler-Smith, Charley Manley and Taylor Ann Green also appearing.

Shep Rose remains the show’s resident wisecracker and perennial bachelor, and this season he is forced to face some harsh truths when “the one that got away” reemerges. Bravo has teased that his ex Taylor Ann Green reaches out to him out of the blue — a reunion fans have debated for years.

Craig Conover, the cast’s most famous comeback story, is back in Charleston rebuilding and writing his first children’s book. His cautious return to a friendship with Austen Kroll is one of the season’s key threads, and the trailer even teases a rare clash between Craig and Madison LeCroy.

Austen Kroll starts the season on top of the world, happily keeping things casual with Salley Carson — until feelings shift and hard truths come out. Salley, meanwhile, is coming to terms with the idea that her connection with Austen may never become more, and the strain spills into her friendships. Madison, now a mom of two and a business owner with a husband who travels constantly, is balancing more than ever.

The biggest wild card is newcomer Allie Newman, who is introduced at Venita Aspen’s season-opening party and whose arrival sets off a chain of events that uncovers one of Charleston’s most scandalous secrets. Throw in a love-child rumor raised by Whitney Sudler-Smith, Patricia Altschul’s milestone birthday and Molly O’Connell’s surprising romantic turn, and Season 12 looks like one of the messiest in years.

Part of the show’s staying power is that its cast feels like a real friend group: people date each other, fall out, make up and somehow keep showing up to the same oyster roasts.
