Him is a sports horror film from director Justin Tipping that uses American football as a lens to explore idolatry, fame, and the price of chasing greatness. Tyriq Withers stars as Cameron Cade, a college quarterback whose career is nearly ended by a brutal attack on the eve of the NFL Scouting Combine, only for legendary quarterback Isaiah White, played by Marlon Wayans, to offer him a chance at redemption by training at his remote compound.

Produced by Jordan Peele's Monkeypaw Productions, the film slowly reveals the darker forces at work behind White's mentorship, turning what looks like an intense training regimen into something closer to a nightmare. Julia Fox co-stars as White's image-conscious wife, and the film leans hard into the idea that the closer you get to a legend, the more disturbing the machinery behind it becomes.
