Which The God of High School Character Are You?

Learn More About The God of High School

The God of High School is a martial arts action series that sets teenage fighters against each other in a nationwide tournament. The prize is a wish, and the stakes grow quickly as the competition reveals powers, organizations and secrets far beyond a normal sports event.

The story follows Jin Mori, a taekwondo prodigy who loves fighting for its own sake. His carefree attitude pulls in friends and rivals alike, including the stylish Daewi Han and the focused swordswoman Mira Yu. Together they form one of the most memorable casts in modern action anime.

What makes the show stand out is its constant motion. Each fight is a showcase of a different style, from kicks and swordplay to weapons and borrowed power. Characters are defined by how they move, which makes every personality easy to read at a glance.

The series also leans on friendship. For all the spectacle, much of the story is about the bonds between fighters who start as rivals and end up fighting for each other. That mix of high-energy battles and loyalty is the heart of the genre.

The anime adapts a popular Korean webtoon, which means it carries the pacing and bold visual style of that format. Fans of fast, stylish fights will recognize the same energy in other tournament stories.

The God of High School arrives on Hulu on October 27, 2026, so this is the perfect time to find out which fighter matches your style.
